The following policies apply to purchases made through the Soom & Breathe by Donna K online store. In these policies, “Soom & Breathe by Donna K,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Defenderdiva Group, located in Hackensack, NJ 07601. Questions may be sent to Donna@defenderdiva.com.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope every Soom & Breathe by Donna K product brings a quiet, meaningful moment to your space. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before returning anything. All returns require prior written approval from Soom & Breathe by Donna K.

Return eligibility

To request a return, contact us within 30 days after delivery and provide:

• Your name and order number;

• The reason for the return; and

• Clear photographs of the product and its original packaging.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Incense that has been opened, burned, sampled, or removed from its sealed packaging cannot be returned. Incense holders and accessories must also be unused and returned with all original packaging, inserts, and components.

Do not mail a return until Soom & Breathe by Donna K provides written approval and return instructions. Merchandise sent without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Nonreturnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Opened or used incense;

• Opened, used, altered, or damaged products;

• Items without their original packaging;

• Gift cards;

• Final-sale or clearance merchandise identified as nonreturnable; and

• Customized or personalized products.

Return shipping and refunds

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because Soom & Breathe by Donna K is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the eligible merchandise amount. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.

Only one return or exchange request may be approved per order. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet this policy or that show signs of misuse, fraud, or repeated abuse.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of:

• The product;

• The original product packaging;

• The inside and outside of the shipping box; and

• The shipping label.

Please keep the product and all packaging until we finish reviewing the claim. If approved, Soom & Breathe by Donna K may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Availability may affect replacement options.

Late or missing refunds

If an approved refund does not appear, first check your account and then contact your card issuer or bank, as posting times vary. If the refund is still missing after your financial institution’s stated processing period, contact Donna@defenderdiva.com with your order number.

Shipping Policy

Order processing

Retail orders are generally processed and shipped within 5–8 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Soom & Breathe by Donna K products may be prepared, inspected, or packed in small batches, so processing times may occasionally be longer. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take approximately 8–12 business days. Delivery by a particular holiday or date is not guaranteed unless Soom & Breathe by Donna K expressly states otherwise in writing.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is resent.

Contact Donna@defenderdiva.com as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or shipped.

Shipping areas and charges

Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Any free-shipping offer applies only under the conditions stated with that promotion and, unless otherwise specified, only to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

Carrier tracking may occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before it arrives. If that occurs, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier notice, then allow up to two business days. If the package still has not arrived, contact the carrier and notify us at Donna@defenderdiva.com.

Soom & Breathe by Donna K is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We will, however, provide reasonable assistance with an eligible carrier inquiry or claim.

Shipping incense safely

Incense and holders are packaged to help protect them during transit. Because some products are fragile, please handle and unpack them carefully. Keep all packaging if you need to report shipping damage.

Terms of Service

1. Overview and acceptance

This website is operated by Defenderdiva Group under the Soom & Breathe by Donna K brand. By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or using any feature or service offered through the website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Our store may be hosted by Shopify Inc. or another e-commerce provider. That provider supplies the technology used to offer products and services to you but does not replace Soom & Breathe by Donna K as the seller identified at checkout.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Service or our products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose, violate another party’s rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with website security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

3. Product use and incense safety

Soom & Breathe by Donna K incense is intended for adult use as a fragrance product. It is not food, medicine, or a product intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not ingest incense, even if an ingredient is traditionally regarded as natural or food-grade.

Burn incense only in a suitable, stable, heat-resistant holder on a fire-resistant surface and in a well-ventilated area. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, curtains, bedding, paper, drafts, and other flammable materials. Extinguish it completely after use. People who are pregnant, have asthma or respiratory sensitivities, or have concerns about smoke or fragrance should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use or avoid burning incense.

Product-specific directions and warnings form part of these Terms. You are responsible for reading and following them.

4. Products, descriptions, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Because products may be handcrafted or made with natural materials, color, scent, grain, glaze, shape, dimensions, and finish may vary slightly. Screens may also display colors differently. These normal variations are not necessarily defects.

Products may be available in limited quantities. We may change descriptions, prices, packaging, or availability; limit quantities; discontinue products; or restrict sales by person, household, order, region, or jurisdiction. An item’s appearance on the website does not guarantee availability.

5. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or inventory errors, or appear intended for unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

The Service and its content—including the Soom & Breathe by Donna K name, logos, photographs, designs, text, graphics, product names, packaging, videos, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Soom & Breathe by Donna K and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
